. . . . . entries for 30.12.03 . . . . . Wow, I was SO sugar high yesterday. I'm not today. Today I was going to resign myself to reading the Aeneid all day. But I didn't, because a burst of inspiration struck me, so I had to write this poem, so I signed on since I was going to be on the computer anyway, and people started talking to me. . . y'know. It all goes downhill from there. I need to eat something. I'm not very hungry, but my head felt like it was made of lead earlier, which I figure is a bad thing, so. . . better eat something. . . . . . entries for 29.12.03 . . . . . Changed my AIM buddy icon to Shadow. ^.^ Ooh, ooh, been playing Anthology, am SO in love with sprites, they're so adorable!!!! Am especially in love with Shadow and, moreover, Shadow's dog ("The dog eats strangers") and, moreover, what happens when you've just got Shadow in your party and you save your game. . . heeheehee!! And I want Mog, damn it. They use him as a "scene selector" so far but I haven't got to actually like. . . have him in my party, besides that one "oh, the moogles are helping me!" thing in the beginning. But really, I love Shadow, he's really, really cool. xD He has the prettiest Amano art of any of the characters so far, and his dog is just. . . so. . . unbelievably. . . awesome! . . . . . entries for 28.12.03 . . . . . Aiya carumba. o.O My environment has been restored to me. I let Cassie borrow FFX and X-2, and she has given me her word that she will mail me Xenogears. Time to go back to old school gaming. ^.^ Yeah, I got Anthology for Christmas, and if I hadn't, I uh. . . wouldn't have let Cassie take FFX-2. So I'm playing FFVI. It's so pixelated. ^.^ So 2-D. . . . . . entries for 25.12.03 . . . . . Billy has approximately 14 more hours of freedom. Merry Christmas. :) . . . . . entries for 24.12.03 . . . . . ^.^ Just saw Chicago and the end of It's a Wonderful Life. So I'm in a good mood. My sister is currently at Chateau Leblanc beating on Ormi. No, wait, she just finished beating on Ormi. Now she has to uh, get the. . . stuff. Yeah. Uh huh. Okay. I really know what's going on. (It's been about a whole two or three weeks since I got that game!! . . . I'm more than halfway through! I don't remember this stuff!) Merry 45 Minutes Left Until Christmas, too. I didn't go to the living nativity 'cause Cas has this thing against it since she's not even remotely religious (neither am I, really, but I'm agnostic whereas she's atheist). Yeah, she's home and lives in our room playing FFX-2/blogging. She was driving Dad around all day to his appointments, though, so she's not a very happy duck. Ooh, I got to open my one Christmas Eve present, and it was pajamas! They're nice pajamas which very much suit my tastes: they're purple with cats on them, and are tightly knit flannel that'll probably loosen up considerably after they've been washed a bit. I think I shall wear them to sleep tonight. They even came in a little purple pouch with cats on it. I also went shopping with my godfather yesterday, and I got four very nifty items (along with lots of überdark chocolate, which I love), which I shall list here: 1) (am currently wearing) awesome black shirt with bright white topstitching, done to be deliberately striking and nifty, with a cool neckline/collar 2) olive green seuded overshirt with a thin section of netting over the upper chest (I knocked on Cassie's dressingroom door while wearing this, and she subsequently emerged in the same shirt, only a size larger; we agreed to share the medium) 3) a plain creamy-white, fairly nondescript shirt to go under. . . 4) a camou blazer. no, it's not only a camou blazer, which is pretty cool in itself: it has sequins and rhinestones on it, and does an excellent job of flattering my already ridiculously obvious ass. ^.^ gotta love camouflauge with shiny things. So, as you can see, so far this has been an exemplary Christmas. I hope everyone will be happy and in a good mood and things tomorrow. :( They weren't really today. Mom got an inflatable Grinch and I just can't see my father liking that. It's by the back door currently, and has a habit of falling over. No one is online. It's Christmas Eve. Go figure. So I'm probably going to curl up in my new PJs and read LotF. Frohe Weinachten zu alles, und zu alles eine gute Nacht! den ganzen Nacht. . . . . . . . entries for 22.12.03 . . . . . (besides the iBook. he would club me to death for the iBook.)
Matt would be proud. ::sniff::
That ROCKS MY SOCKS!!
Erin Sherman (reminder to those for may have forgotten: my nickname is Er Bear) . . . . . entries for 21.12.03 . . . . . "Come out, Virginia, Don't lemme wait, You Catholic girls start much too late, Oh, but sooner or later It comes down to fate: I might as well be the one. . . Well, they showed you a statue Told you to pray, They built you a temple and locked you away, But they never told you The price that you'd pay; The things that you might have done. . . Only the good die young! That's what I said, Only the good die young. . ." (the above is a song sung by a jackass to an intelligent, morally responsible girl) I know this world is messed up. I know it is. I know it could drive you crazy. And why is the world like this? Just because people are selfish, that's all, and that's natural, and that's something you really can't change. So why? What would possess someone, driven mad by the world's selfishness, to perform the most selfish action of all themselves? What would possess someone to abandon all logic, all responsibility, all care for others and do the truly ignorant, truly selfish thing? What could drive them to that illogical conclusion? If one sees selfishness in the world, one shouldn't succumb to it! One shouldn't give in to the tides of pain and hurt, one should fight them! That's the only thing a responsible person can do. . . . . . . . entries for 20.12.03 . . . . .

I am wearing my pajamas inside-out. This is ME we're talking about. I, Erin Sherman, am succumbing to a suburban schoolchildrens' superstition. So let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. . . . . . entries for 13.12.03 . . . . . Neopets has now made an avatar for Matt. . . . . . entries for 10.12.03 . . . . . Yeah, I haven't blogged in a long time. This week is kind of hellish and busy, and although I've technically finished my homework for this evening, I should be doing a lot more so I won't die tomorrow. (And my contour line drawing sucks. But that's fine, since I get 100's on like. . . all the sketchbooks.) So I'm off to read this evil Diodorus Siculus stuff. -.- . . . or rather. . . to answer the evil questions, since I already read it. Oh yes, I can't resist this. "Wahnzinn!
